Job Summary: Restaurant Manager are responsible for leading and managing restaurants.
They may be responsible for different tasks such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting
and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as
greeting and serving restaurant guests.

Relationships:
Reports to: Owner of Restaurant
Supervises: Supervises the staff working under him and gives instruction to the workers to give
the best performance and makes the restaurant famous with best service.
Works with: Works with other co – mangers of different departments.
Outside the company: Has a good and friendly behavior with suppliers.

Duties:
 Ensuring guest satisfaction
 Manage restaurant supplies
 Manage and lead staff
 Hire new employees
 Training and evaluate staff performance
 Oversee entire restaurants operations efficently

Standard of performance:
We are looking for an experienced , hardworking and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our
team. As a Restaurant Manager, who will overtake a variety of responsibilities and performance
them succesfully.
Job Specification

Person Specification: This role requires the successful candidate to be a well presented
professional with proven experience in bars and hospitality management.

Requirements:
 10 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
 Extensive food knowledge
 Computer literacy
 Familiarity with restaurant management software
 Experience in event planning
 Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
 Good financial management skills
 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
 Good time-management skills
 Great communication skill s
 Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration

Selecting & Testing Candidates: 5 to 10 applicants will be selected and a test will be
conducted by assigning different tasks to them.

Statistical Analysis: All candidates will be judged by a statistical analysis on the bases of
completion of tasks in required time efficently and the best one will be hired by the authorities.
