PERSONALITY TESTS
Personality test is undertaken by organizations to determine personality
traits of the candidate that are most likely to affect his/her job
behaviours. They are designed to know more about the candidate’s
abilities and interests. They are very much helpful in finding out whether
the candidate is suitable for the position or not.

The candidate is asked questions that have some options with them. The
answers cannot be categorized as right or wrong. The candidate has to
choose one of the behaviours that he/she practices.

 The candidate must not spend too much time on a single question.
He/she must answer a question without thinking too much.
 The candidate must be honest in answering the questions.
 The candidate should take one or more practice tests available
online or in books.
