Disassembly
Chapter 1, Removing the Battery Pack
To remove the battery pack from the battery bay,
follow the steps below:
1. Turn the notebook upside down.
2. Slide the battery lock in the direction of the
arrow to unlock the battery pack
3. Slide the battery release latch in the direction
of the arrow. The battery pack wills pop-up
automatically. Gently pry the battery pack
from its housing
NOTE: Always start laptop disassembly by
removing the battery pack first.

Chapter 2, Removing Memory
To remove the bottom cover, follow the steps below:
1. Remove the two screws pads as shown
2. Remove the two screws securing the Memory
cover as show
3. Open the Bottom case from left side.
Warning: Be care full Lift off the Memory
Cover can cause permanent damage for the
lower logic.

4. Push the latches to release the RAM module.
A spring will force one end of the module up
5. Grasp the memory module and remove from
main board.
Chapter 3, Removing the SSD Module
To remove the SSD Module, follow the steps below:
1. Remove the isolation tape.
2. Lever up with thumb the connector bracket
and disconnect the SSD Module cable from
the motherboard
3. Lift off the cable

4. Remove the two screws with screw driver to
remove the SSD Module from motherboard
5. Lift off the SSD Module form bottom casing
6. Remove the isolation tape.
7. Lever up with thumb the connector bracket
and disconnect the SSD Module cable from
SSD Card
8. Lift off the cable

Chapter 4, Removing the Keyboard
To remove the keyboard, follow the steps below:
1. Remove the screw pads as shown
2. Remove the two screws securing the
keyboard to the logic lower.

1. Turn the notebook over and push the latches
to release the keyboard
2. Pull the keyboard towards you, revealing the
keyboard cable underneath
3. lever up with thumb the connector bracket
and disconnect the keyboard cable from the
motherboard
4. Lift off the cable and remove the keyboard

Chapter 5, Removing the LCD Module
To remove the LCD Module, first remove the
battery pack, Logic Lower, Follow the steps below
to remove from the main board.
1. Remove the four screws securing the main
board to the logic upper.
2. Remove the metal plate.
Note : Please remember the position four
screws, installing wrong screw can cause
permanent damage for logic upper
3. Remove the cover hinge as show
4. Disconnect the CMOS, Speaker, LCD,
Antenna Wifi cable as shown

5. Release all the cable from logic lower
6. Remove the six screws securing the LCD
7. Remove the hand grip notebook as show
8. Remove the two screws securing the LCD

Chapter 6, Removing Keyboard Frame
To remove the Keyboard frame, first remove the
battery pack, LCD Module. Follow the steps below
to remove the Keyboard frame.
1. Remove the six screw pads as show.
2. Remove the ten screws securing the Logic
upper to the logic lower.
3. Remove the four screw pads as shown
4. Turn the notebook over
5. lever up with thumb the connector bracket
and disconnect the Touchpad and Touchpad
button cable from the motherboard
6. Remove The Screw securing the Logic upper
to the logic lower.
7. Gently remove the Keyboard frame
Warning: Be care full Lift off the keyboard frame
can cause permanent damage for the lower logic.

Chapter 7, Removing Touchpad Button
To remove the Touchpad Button. Follow the steps
below
1. Turn the Keyboard frame notebook upside
down.
2. Remove the three screw securing touchpad
frame to the logic upper.
Note : Please remember the position three
screws, installing wrong screw can cause permanent
damage for logic upper
3. Gently remove the touchpad button as show
NOTE: The touchpad module is attached to the rear of the logic upper and cannot be removed.

Chapter 8, Disassembly the Mainboard
To disassemble the Mainboard. Then follow these steps:
1. Remove the screw securing mainboard to the
logic lower as shown
2. Disconnect the Microphone cable as show
3. Gently remove the mainboard from the logic
lower.
4. Discconect the CMOS Battery
Warning: Be care full Lift off the LCD bezel can
cause permanent damage for the upper logic,
please attention for the key as show.
Chapter 9, Disassembly the Wifi Module
To disassemble the Wifi . Then follow these steps:
1. Turn over the Mainboard
2. Remove the screw securing the wifi to the
mainboard
3. Grasp the Wifi module and remove from
mainboard

Chapter 10, Disassembly the cooler fan
To disassemble the cooler fan. Then follow these
steps:
1. Disconnect the Fan cable as show
2. Remove the two screws securing the cooler fan
the mainboard.
3. Gently remove the cooler fan
Chapter 11, Disassembly the Display
To disassemble the display. Then follow these steps:

6. Remove the six screws securing the LCD
bezel to the LCD module.
7. Carefully insert your fingers between the
display and the LCD bezel as indicated by
the arrow, and gently pry up the LCD bezel.
Warning: Be care full Lift off the LCD bezel
can cause permanent damage for the upper logic,
please attention for the key as show.
8. Remove the four screws mounting the
display.
9. Disconnect the Touch Screen cable as show.
10. Pull the keyboard towards you, revealing the
LVDS cable underneath

11. Remove the LVDS cable isolation tape
12. Disconnect the LVDS cable from the back of
the LCD.
13. Gently lift out the display. Remove the four
screws securing the hinges to the display.
Chapter 12, Removing Camera Module
To remove the camera module, first remove the LCD
module and lift out LCD display. Then follow these
steps:
1. Remove the two screws securing the CMOS
module to the LCD Frame

2. Remove the Upper case CMOC module as
show
3. Disconnect the CMOS cable from the CMOS
module as shown.
4. Gently remove the CMOS module from LCD
Frame
5. Remove the two screws securing CMOS
module to the CMOS case as show
6. Gently remove the CMOS module from
CMOS module.

Chapter 13, Removing LCD Button Board
To remove the LCD Button board, first remove the
LCD module and lift out LCD display. Then follow
these steps:
1. Remove the two screw securing LCD button
as show
2. Remove the LCD Button board
3. Disconnect The LCD Button Board cable as
show
4. Lift off the LCD Button Board.

Chapter 14, Removing the Speaker
To remove the speaker, first remove the LCD frame
and inverter Then follow the steps below
1. Remove the four screws securing the
speakers to the LCD module.
2. Lift out the speaker as shown.
3. Remove the two screws securing hinge to
the LCD frame

4. Remove the hinge with minus screw driver

Chapter 17, Assembly Camera Module
To assembly the camera module, follow these steps:
1. Tight the two screws securing CMOS module
to the CMOS case as show
2. Connect the CMOS cable to the CMOS
module as shown.
3. Gently install the CMOS module to CMOS
Frame
4. Tight the two screws securing the CMOS
module to the LCD Frame
Chapter 18, Assembly the Display
To assemble the display. Then follow these steps:
1. Tight the four screws securing the hinges to
the display.

2. Connect the LVDS cable from the back of the
LCD.
3. Tight the LVDS cable isolation tape
4. Tight the four screws mounting the display.

the LCD module as shown

To disassemble the cooler fan. Then follow these

2. Install the mainboard to the logic lower
3. Tight the screw securing the mainboard to
the logic lower
4. Connect the Microphone cable as show

intention for key as show.
Chapter 22, Assembly Touchpad Button

remove the SSD Module from motherboard

6. Connect the SSD Module cable to the
motherboard
7. Install the isolation tape.
Chapter 27, Assembly Memory
To assembly the bottom cover, follow the steps
below
1. Push memory at 30’ form main board and
push down until the Key at position lock
2. Key at Lock position, if the installation
corrects the pin will be invisible

3. Close the Memory and SSD cover
4. Tight the two screws securing the Memory
cover as show
5. Install the two screws pads as shown
Chapter 28, Assembly the Battery Pack
