This document contains the results of a urine examination test for a 62-year-old female. The physical characteristics of the urine were pale yellow color and specific gravity of <=1.005. The chemical analysis found no proteins, glucose, ketones, or bilirubin, and normal urobilinogen. Leucocyte esterase was positive and nitrite was negative. The microscopy showed 5-7 white blood cells per high power field and no red blood cells, epithelial cells, casts, or crystals.
