Procedure Completing the Schedule Form


• Review courses and make selections
• BOTH sides must be signed by student and • Complete the top portion with your name
parent
and your counselor’s name
• Scheduling meetings are made in the order in
which the selection sheets are received • If you have questions, write “????” in the

 Exception: If you do not meet the course pre- Skills or Vocational/Technical Education
requisites
