RENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT is made and executed at Bangalore on this 15th day of April 2019 (w.e.f
014.04.2019), by and between.
Smt . N Bhagyalakshmi aged 60 years, W/o. Sri Makanna , Address : No. 172, SFS – 208, 4TH Main, Opp:
KMF, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore – 560064. Hereinafter called as “ OWNER “ of the part
AND
Sri. R. S. Yogananda aged 32 years, S/o Sri. T R. Shivananda and Smt. S B Jyothi, W./o. Sri. . R. S.
Yogananda, No. 217, Renukamba Nilaya, 5th Cross, Near H P Gas office, Vivekanandanagara,
Avverahalli, Bangalore – 562159. Hereinafter called as “ TENANT “ of the part .
Whereas the first party is the sole and absolute owner of the premises which is morefully described
in the schedule hereunder and has agreed to let out the same to the tenant on rental basis under
the following terms and conditions .
NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS :
1. That the tenant has paid a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakhs Fifty Thousand only as
advance amount shall not carry and carry any interest and is refundable by the owner to
the tenant at the time of vacating the schedule premises.
2. That, the tenant shall pay a sum of Rs.16,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as
monthly rent to the owner on or before 5th of every month.
3. That, the tenant shall p0ay the electricity Charges separately as per the bill to the
concerned department and Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundre3d only) towards water charges
to the owner per month.
4. That, the tenancy shall be for a period of Eleven (11) Months commencing from
01.04.2019 and it may be extended on mutual consent of both the parties by enhancing
5% on the existing rent.
5. That, the tenant shall handover the possession of the schedule premises to the owner in
such condition as the same it was let out to them, save normal wear and tear.
6. That, the tenant shall not sublet or part with the possession to any third person without
the prior consent of the owner
7. That, the tenant shall arrange painting works to the schedule premises while vacating or
such amount will be deducted from advance amount (i.e., One month existing rent)
8. That, the tenant shall use the schedule premises for his residential purpose only and not
to do any business at schedule premises.
9. That, either side of the party shall give 3 (Three) months prior notice to the other party
for termination of the agreement
10. That, the tenant shall keep the premises in clean and tenantable condition if the tenant
cause and damage such amount will be deducted from the advance amount.
11. That , the tenant shall allow the owner or his nominees to inspect the schedule premises
at convenient hours.
12. That, the tenant should keep the original copy of the agreement and photo copy is
retained by the owner for their reference respectively.
