Job Profile in Production (Sinter Plant):

 To control the sinter process from Control Room . Supervising and operating the
production processe , system and providing suggestions for improving process
and cost efficiency.

 Working as a shift Production engineer and handle all the areas related to the
Production Zones such as Sinter Machine, Control Room, SMD, PMD.

 Good Knowledge of Material Properties & its structures and set the material
grades as per the customer required.
 Maintain the daily production report, raw material report and sinter consumption
report.

 Involved in checking sinter material quality, raw material quality, flux material
composition.

 Maintain the records of material balance in the yard mainly raw material, fluxes
and sinter.

 Maintain Daily production log book.

 Manpower planning and maintenance of sinter plant .

 Upholding safety parameters and housekeeping of plant and minimizing accidents

Company Profile:
The Company is Setting up a green field Integrated Steel Plant around 170 Acre near Pune,
Maharashtra having a capacity of 0.3 Million ton Steel through Rolling Mill route. Government
of Maharashtra awarded Mega Project Status to the Company.
