Product demonstration/workshop (both pre-sales and post-sales), presenting product functionalities and
process with references to current market scenarios.
Study of business requirements, new market processes and mapping the same to existing solutions.
Drafting of Requirement and Solution Design Document and detailing the same to the development
team, creating test cases as required and testing and confirming the modules developed.
Functional testing of the system ensuring quality product and smooth timely delivery.
Managing change request by client in system process, to cause minimal impact on the deliverables and
hence timeliness of the implementation process.
Creating user manuals for end users, maintaining project related documentation like creating the MOM,
Status Reports.
