Dear Sir/Madame,

Greetings of Peace!

Tolosa National High School is an institution that promotes quality education and
instills moral values to its students. We make sure that our students get the best
education and stay in an environment that is conducive to learning. In preparation
for the coming school year, we will be holding Brigada Eskwela with this year’s
theme “Matatag na Bayan para sa Maunlad na Paaralan” on ____________, a
proposed program by the Department of Education that will surely help us
accomplish our mission.

In line with this, we would like to request for some donation whether monetary or in
kind which will be used in repair/improvement of our classrooms and other school
facilities. We hope that you take this opportunity to support this event, as your
donation will do so much for our school and most of all for our students.

Thank you so much. We are looking forward to seeing you being a part of the said
school program.

This will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our
school envisions to shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be
appreciated.
