1. Bidder agrees to [a] treat all information and contained in this Request for Quotation as Confidential
and hereby agrees that such information will not be divulged to any third party without permission in
writing from McDermott Middle East, Inc and that [b] all drawings and data issued by McDermott
Middle East, Inc will not to be used for any other purpose other than for preparation of the proposal
and that the information contained therein is not to be released or disclosed for any other use or
purpose. This undertaking will also apply to any subsequent Purchase Order resulting from this Request
For Quotation.

Nothing shall require McDermott Middle East, Inc to award any Purchase Order or issue any Purchase Order
as a result of this Request For Quotation.
