I. General Program Information:
Program Title: 1ST PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION GEENRAL
ASSEMBLY OF SAWATA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Program Description: The 1ST Parent-Teacher Association General Assembly of
Sawata National High School provides a suitable avenue for
the teachers to meet the parents and vice versa. Further, this
activity will enable the parents to air their expectations and
concerns regarding the education of their children.
Thus, this proposed activity not only provides teachers the
proper chance to meet the parents but more importantly for the
parents to get to know the people behind the school and know
the rules & regulations and responsibilities of sending their
children to this institution.
Prerequisite Pre-planning conference with the School Head, Teachers and
Programs: PTA Board
Duration: 1 Day (June 2, 2018)

Rationale:
The 1 day PTA General Assembly of Sawata National High School as per DepEd Order
No. 25 s. 2018 provides a suitable avenue for the teachers and parents alike to get to
know each other for a better and harmonious relationship with each other. Further,
through this activity, the parents will be enlightened as to the their obligations, DepEd
policies, MTAP and other concerns both in Junior High School and Senior High School.
Methodology:
The ICT Coordinator will prepare the necessary documents for the approval of this
activity. Also, concerned teachers will be tapped to handle topics such as School Rules
and DepEd policies and MTAP concerns.
This activity aims to prepare the teachers and parents of Sawata National High School
to become more prepared for a more efficient and productive school year.
