HOSPITALITY RIDER
TRAVEL, HOTEL AND MEALS:
Preferred hotels: Sheraton, Westin, Grand Hyatt, Le Meridian, Radisson Blu or 5 Star Hotel on
similar lines
Artist travel with 1 person (two people in total)
All flights are to be booked through PROMOTER. Preferred airline alliance: JET AIRWAYS.
It’s required to book exit row seats AND/OR in flight meals
Organizer will pay for and provide a 4/5 * hotel room per person, two rooms in total.
Late check-out confirmed during the stay
Check-in upon arrival
Hi-speed WIFI connection
Organizer will provide at least 1 dinner and 1 breakfast on each day during the stay of the artist
for each person, two persons in total
Organizer will provide transportation from airport to hotel, from hotel to the venue, from the
venue to the hotel and from hotel to the airport
Organizer will send Olly Esse’s Management a full itinerary at least 2 weeks before the
performance
Organizer will make sure that all ground transportation by car is executed by a professional
driver company which has to be approved by the Management and not a promoter/volunteer.
The driver is to be fully licensed and may, under no condition, be under the influence of drugs or
alcohol
Cars used for transportation must be of a sufficient comfort and safety level; Luxury sedans,
Innovas would suffice
SFX PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS
We require at least 2 pyro moments during the performance consisting of Mines, Combest & Gerbs
40 seconds of flames
60 seconds of C02
4 x confetti shots
1 x stream shot
ON THE NIGHT:
1 fan behind the console
2 clean fresh towels
The organizer will provide at least one person for security, who will oversee the stage during the
performance.

GUEST LIST
Organizer provides at least 10 guest list invitations on the event/location on/in which artist is to
perform.
CREDENTIALS
The PROMOTER is to provide credentials / wristbands for artist, TM and any other crew / Guests that
will be traveling with the ARTIST.
All ARTISTS related staff should have ACCESS TO ENTER THE VENUE AT ALL TIMES.
CATERING RIDER
Organizer will take care of sufficient drinks, snacks and fruits for Artist and the aforementioned travel
companions, if reasonably possible in a private dressing room.
6 x bottle of mineral water (500 ml)
2 x bottle coconut water
3 x bottle Mango Juice (Slice/Tropicana/Mazza)
3 x cans of Red Bull
Flavored chewing gum
Protein Bars (Sugar free or normal)
Hot Snacks/Fruit (Only Gluten Free products)
A country flag

4 Pioneer CDJ-2000 (NEXUS) CD players linked to each other via router. Or connected directly via CAT5
cables if only 3 CDJ’s are available (See picture)
1 Pioneer DJM 900 mixer (Nexus)
All of the above mentioned equipment must be linked through Ethernet hub
2 high power monitors speakers pointing towards the DJ at EAR LEVEL equipped with volume
adjustment controls and preferably powered separately (Volume must be 100dB or higher
FLATEQ-D), within a range of 2 meters)
1 wired microphone connected and controlled from the mixer
1 wireless microphone connected directly to FOH
All of the above must be properly connected fully functional and of Good quality (no broken
buttons /faders)
3 available power sockets
Table for CD bag/file
The DJ-booth should be sufficiently lit
DJ must be visible for audience
The distance between the floor and the ceiling must be 3 meters or higher
Height DJ table: at least 1.10 meter / 3.6 feet / 43.31 inch high
If the technical rider is not in order the artist will not perform and the full fee has to be paid as agreed
in the contract. Possible limitations involving the P.A. or the level of sound need to be reported to Olly
Esse’s Management one week prior to the event.
