people who helped me in making of my On-the-Job Training at Office of the Vice

President for Academic Affairs, Tarlac Agricultural University a possible one.

needs financially and morally, for their patience and understanding, for their

I. Objectives of the On-the-Job Training

Generally, the objective of the On-the-Training is to increase the

student trainee’s competence and enhance their skills through the

actual work environment.

Specifically, the On-the-Training aims

a. to enable the students to apply the skills, theories, knowledge

and attitude learned in the classroom to the actual work setting

b. to enable the students to experience the real IT industry

situations and problems to relate and apply the theories and

skills learned

c. to instill in the students positive values required of a responsible

IT professional in handling responsibilities, and

d. to inculcate on the student the value of human relations in the

working place or environment

a. Profile

The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), formerly


theTarlac College of Agriculture is a public University in the
province of Tarlac, Philippines. It is mandated to provide
professional, technical and instruction for special purposes
and to promote research extension services and progressive
leadership in agriculture, agricultural education, home
technology and other related fields. Its main campus is
located in Malacampa, Camiling, Tarlac.
