Seniors’ Prom

High School is said to be the happiest part of a student’s life. It is the stage
where they met new acquaintances and create memories with them. The stage
when they encounter real life problems. The stage when the roads of different
colors intertwined. This is the part where a student develops his/her social skills.
It is said to be happiest because of the memorable events they experienced.

In accordance to this, the Supreme Students Government of San Isidro


Senior High School is asking for your permission to allow us to conduct a “Seniors’
Soiree” this coming February 23, 2018 at the Rodriguez Municipal Gymnasium
from 4:00 m to 10:00 pm. This event is under the control of Supreme Students
Government and the monitor of the General Parents Teachers Association (GPTA)
and the SISHS Faculty.

1. The planned theme for the Juniors’ Soiree is HOLLYWOOD as said upon the
meeting of SSG.
2. The program will start via grand entrance of students and teachers at
exactly 4:00 in the afternoon.
3. Participants’ costume/attire must be related to the theme of the said
event.
4. Participants must present their PARENT’S CONSENT together with his/her
PARENTS IDENTIFICATION CARD who will pick them up after the event.
5. Participants will be given their own stubs for their food and photo booth.
Stubs will be given right before the program starts.
6. The whole SSG organization together with its constituents (SSG Officers) is
tasked to be the head of the event. SSG officers are assigned for the
canvassing and managing all matters in regards with the said event.
7. Participants’ fees will be collected by a non-teaching staff (MR. ANER
SEVERINO & MS. MARICAR GUIANG)
8. The proceeds that the SSG will gain is intended for the additional
garbage/trash cans for school’s waste management purposes.
9. Each participants must provide a value of Php. 300.00 as payment which
includes the following;
BREAKDOWN OF EXPENSES
CATERING (Food and beverage) ₱57,500.00

PHOTOBOOTH ₱2,500.00

DECORATIONS ₱ 800.00

LIGHTS AND SOUND SYSTEM ₱3,500.00

STIPEND OF APPRECIATION ₱ 1,500.00

MISCELLANEOUS ₱ 1,000.00

TOTAL COST ₱ 66,800.00
