Terms and Conditions
1. One registration form to be filled per course.
2. Books will be issues only for full payment and once paid will not be refunded.
3. NetAssist will be compelled to take action for students who defaults the payment
after receiving the books.
4. Completed Registration form together with the total Course Fee should be handed
over to NetAssist at least ONE WEEK (7 Days) prior to commencement of course.
Late Registrations will be confirmed only an availability of seats.
5. Participants sponsored by Organisations must complete the Authorization section or
attach a letter of authorization from the sponsoring organisation.
6. For postponement, transfer or leave of absence should be submitted in writing to the
Training Manager.
The acceptance/denial of these requests would be at the sole discretion of the
management and will be notified to the participant in writing.
7. NetAssist reserves the right to cancel, reschedule the course due to class size or
unforeseen circumstances
8. Any participant found in arrears of payment will not be permitted to attend lectures /
practical
9. Optional : Registrations -Direct deposits could be made through nearest Nations
Trust Bank in favour of "American Education Centre Ltd " - Nations Trust Bank,
Colombo 3 A /C Number : 006100004143 Receipts could be obtained by
submitting the slips.
10. Dress code : smart casual
