CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This contract executed and entered by and between: GOOSEBUMPS


CATERING SERVICES with the address NATIONAL HIGHWAY, BARANGAY
SEVILLA, SAN FERNANDO CITY, LA UNION represented by its Reservation
Officer/ Owner, IGIE ABARRIM U. ROVERO, wherein referred to as “FIRST
PARTY”,
- and -
The Client, __________________________, herein referred to as “SECOND PARTY”.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is one of the top leading catering industry in the
province;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is of the opinion that the FIRST PARTY has the
necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide catering services;

WHEREAS, to furnish such catering services, the SECOND PARTY will enlist the
services of the FIRST PARTY for the purpose of providing such catering services.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in any consideration of the foregoing premises and of
mutual covenant and provision hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto have agreed and do
hereby mutually bind themselves in this contract as follows:

1. CATERING SERVICES
The FIRST PARTY shall provide the SECOND PARTY with catering
personnel, who will be in – charge with the smooth flow of the event. The
assigned catering personnel may be relieved upon notice to the Reservation
Officer by the SECOND PARTY;

2. FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
The assigned personnel shall provide quality catering services and caterers
prepare and serve food items to clients hosting parties, meetings and events. In
some cases, clients will retrieve the ordered food items to serve guests
themselves, and, in other situations, caterers are required to transport the meals to
an off-site event location. In either scenario, caterers have numerous duties and
responsibilities to perform.

3. SUPERVISION AND CONTROL


The FIRST PARTY shall exercise disciplinary power through direct supervision,
control and administration over the assigned personnel in accordance with law,
ordinance and pertinent government rules and regulations, as well as, the rules
and regulations laid down by the SECOND PARTY on the matter. The FIRST
PARTY however, shall from time to time, give instructions to the caterers on
duty with regards to the proper provision of services to SECOND PARTY.

4. TERMS OF CONTRACT
This contract shall take effect starting _____________________ and shall
automatically be terminated after the event. FIRST PARTY will be receiving the
down payment of the Client upon reservation and full payment a week before the
event. The SECOND PARTY shall pay their dues in cash and once reservations
have made, there will be no refund.
