Introduction
Home to some of the world’s most celebrated cultural touchstones, Central Europe was built for
exploration. This nine-day adventure crosses four countries and makes stops in four of Europe's
most fascinating cities — Berlin, Vienna, Prague, and Budapest. From the Brandenburg Gate to
Prague’s Charles Bridge, from a 16th-century market in Vienna to a walking tour of the Berlin
Wall with a local historian, step into the past — and enjoy every minute in the present.

Day 4 Prague (1B)

Charles Bridge by day is packed with vendors and street musicians. At night, it is less crowded,
and it's much easier to appreciate the scenery as well as the ever-so-slightly sinister quality of
the statues looming overhead. Cross the bridge and you'll find yourself in Mala Strana, a far less
crowded district that offers the perfect atmosphere for some introspective wandering. If you're in
the area and want to experience traditional Czech pubs which are guaranteed to be loud, lively,
and packed with locals on any night of the week, this is the place for it. You'll find restaurants
serving traditional Czech cuisine like fried pork cutlets, goulash, and dumplings.Optional Extras
to chose from: - Czech Craft Beer & Food Taste Tour

Day 5 Prague/Český Krumlov (1B)

The inclusion of Ceský Krumlov on UNESCO's List of Natural and Cultural Heritage was
undoubtedly a turning point in the modern history of the town. It sent a clear signal to the rest of
the cultural world that South Bohemia has something unique to offer. Transport: Private Vehicle
(3.00 hour(s))

Day 6 Český Krumlov/Vienna (1B)

Drive across the border into Austria, where we take an orientation walk with the CEO. Visit the
historic Hotel Sacher and taste the world-famous Sacher Torte. Enjoy free time this evening to
visit the opera house or simply enjoy a walk around the city. Included Activities: Orientation Walk
Hotel Sacher Visit and dessert Transport: Private Vehicle (4.00 hour(s))

Day 7 Vienna (1B)

the renowned Vienna Riding School, experience mass with the Vienna Boys Choir, or settle into
a café and order a slice of mouthwatering Viennese cake. Included Activities: Naschmarkt Walk

Review on July 26th, 2017

★★★★★
The trip exceeded my expectations. The group I was in was a
perfect fit. We opted to stick together more than being on our own.
Mandy, our CEO, did a magnificent job. She is organized, patient
and is incredibly personable. She took care of us every step of the
way. I would definitely recommend G Adventures to family and
friends and it is highly likely that I will plan another trip with G next
summer.
