Department of Hematology: Blood C/E (Complete, CBC)

1) The patient, Iqra Arshad, a 20-year-old female, had a blood test on August 5, 2019 which showed low hemoglobin (8.0 g/dl) and red blood cell count (4.3 x10^12/l), as well as signs of microcytic hypochromic anemia. 2) The white blood cell count (8.0 x10^9/l) and platelet count (148 x10^9/l) were within normal limits. 3) The LDH level was elevated at 258 U/L.
