The Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines - UST- Legazpi has agreed to
conduct a general assembly on September 11, 2019, 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the Daragang
Magayon Hall. The activity will be a half-day event that hopes to establish camaraderie
among students from all year levels. The general assembly will be exclusive to all the
Computer Engineering students.

III. PROJECT RATIONALE and OBJECTIVES:

The Institute of Computer Engineers is the duly recognized body that

governs all Computer Engineering activities, fund raising, and all matters
concerning the Computer Engineering course in University of Santo Tomas-
Legazpi. Its sole purpose is to serve the needs of the Computer Engineering
students.

An organization should be well represented by the people from

different communities. This also applies to organizations within the school.
Students should also be aware that they are part of an organization that will
govern them, serve them, and promote their common good. This is why the
Institute of Computer Engineers decided to conduct a General Assembly.

This year’s Freshmen Orientation Seminar aims to achieve the

following:
 Introduce the organization and its officers
 Formally welcome the students enrolled in Computer Engineering
 Introduce the Computer Engineering faculties
 Present the operational plan for school year 2019-2020
 Showcase the achievements of the organization for school year 2018-
2019
