KS Drilling logo Rows 12-13, top left: addition of "Rig Name" and "certificates status updated on: (date)"
No more column "No. of pax per position" since varies according to rig Row 16 now mentions "REG" (regulatory) instead of "AOS" and "ONS"
Column "Drug Test" Certificate has been deleted (now included in "Medical Certificate", valid 1 year only for all) Row 24 now shows if Training provided by internal or external source
Column G: addition of "Certificate of Competency (internal)" Row 27: addition of position "Rig Manager"
Column L: former "Advanced Forklift Cert." and "Basic Forklift Basic Training" now joined into one "Forklift Certification" Row 28: addition of position "Senior Tool Pusher"
Column O: addition of "High Voltage Electrical Certification" Row 29: "Tour Pusher" position has replaced former positions "Night Pusher" and "Tool Pusher"

Instructions regarding expiry date/certification date are now mentionned (bottom left)
