The pricing information included in this presentation was collected from the vendors' websites in February and March 2014. Software Advice is not in a position
to provide detailed price quotes on behalf of these vendors, and this data should not be considered as such. The information is simply a compilation of what is
publicly available online. Buyers should contact the software vendor for actual pricing.
To create pricing ranges for this guide, we considered a “small hotel” to have between one and 100 rooms, a “medium hotel” to have between 101 and 300
rooms, and a “large hotel” to have 301 or more rooms. It’s important to note that vendors have different pricing models. While many charge a monthly fee per
room or a flat, one-time license fee, others like Resort Data Processing charges by rooms in ranges (e.g. 1-10 rooms, 11-50 rooms). Still others charge by
