Job Responsibilities
• Maintain the standards of HSE and comply with company’s Health, Safety & Environment
Management System requirements.
• Coordination with various site personnel to ensure communication and necessary actions on afety
issues as necessary.
• Proper utilization of time in maintaining safe and healthy work environment through routine
monitoring.
• Determine and arrange calibration of instruments and gauges and keeping records of all information.
• Conduct safety meetings and record all information.
• Monitors safety related issues and concern to be reported to the Project Safety Manager.
• Follow and maintain company standards of quality in accordance with company quality system
requirements.
• To ensure project employees are aware about project HSE rules / regulations. Monitor employees to
ensure safe actions, tools for safe conditions and use & work area to ensure safety, health and
environment in maintained.
• Safety orientation classes for the employees.

inspections and report findings.
• Ensuring that all records and certification for high-pressure equipment are maintained and updated.

• Advice / guide / consult site employees on selection, use limitations, maintenance and storage of

recommend disciplinary action for erring workers in violation with site existing safety rules.
• Provide feedback on new safety work methods and assist the site teams with risk assessments in
order to maintain a safe working environment.
• Close monitoring of the safe work permit system.
• Conducting special training on the site as per client requirement.
• Inspection of tower crane dozer, etc.
• Ensuring that Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS’) are available for all materials, maintained and
personnel are trained and aware of the MSDS’ usage and its importance.
• Monitor safe transportation. Storage, handling and disposal of chemicals on site as applicable.
• Coordinating & participating with SADARA Safety Program like Safety Inductions / IDs / Vehicle
Inspections and keeping record as well.
• Arranging new project’s Induction & Safety Orientation Programs for newly joined and giving short
training, related with safety rules & regulations on site.
• Responsible for site access procedure and documentation.
• Coordinating to HSE Manager for the schedule / matrix and training.
