Chicken breast fillets 6
Frozen vegetables (thawed out) 1 x 500g packet
Canned pineapple pieces 1
(in natural juice), drained
Sweet chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Rice 1 cup
Oil
