Good day! My name is John Henry O. Valencia and is expecting to be enrolled for first semester A.Y. 2019 – 2020
under the Juris Doctor Program and currently tagged as Year 3 due to elective subjects that I left out last school year.

I am writing this letter to request for your assistance on having my year level manually tagged online to be on Year 4,
for me to be able to request for Overloading of units this semester and complete my elective subjects that I left out for
my Third Year Curricula.
