JOB DESCRIPTION (PRODUCTION)
A Mechanical Engineer with 1 year of experience in Production of sheet metal products.
Expert to handle welding machines like MIG/MAG and their parameters and how to overcome their defects.
Responsible for planning, managing an optimizing the activities of welding personnel in order to safely produce
quality products that meets welding procedure specifications (WPS).
Lead the shift to deliver production volumes on schedule while maintaining set quality standards an ensure
safety at all time.
Convert monthly production plan into weekly daily plan and schedule the same so as to achieve optimum utilization of
resources and meet the delivery schedule on time.
Own the process of production ensuring compliance to all systems and safety requirement.
Responsible for Preventive maintenance of machines.
Apply Poka yoke in shop floor for mistake proofing.
Apply kaizen for continuous improvement.
Knowledge of complete cycle of supply chain management includes stores procedures & handling.
Responsible for maintaining quality during manufacturing by ensuring that all work is carried out on the shop
floor according to standard procedure.
SUMMER TRAINING ATTENDS
Future Green Car is a model of car which is created by using solar panel, solar cell, and the sound energy.
The solar panel and wind mill set up connected to the circuit. The total power generated is stored in a battery
of 9 V.
The purpose of creating this car is to use the natural energies and make the environment pollution free.
