Marksheet/Certificate, Domicile Certificate (if claiming reservation under this category), Proof
of Category/Sub-Category (if any), Affidavit for Gap period (if any), Medical Certificate,
Character certificate (issued from the Institute last attended), Kashmiri Migrant Certificate (if
any), Income Certificate (if seat alloted under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme as per Uttarakhand
Govt. Order. No:348/XXIV(8)/10-26/10 dated:19/01/2011 and No:647/XLI01/12-26/10
dated:20/06/2012) etc.
2. Four copies of your latest passport size color photographs.
3. Prior to reporting, you are also advised to refer the website of allotted institute/college for
other details of fee, mode of payment etc, if any.
