Most people prefer to stay closer to the Warsash campus, so the properties have been
listed in location order, with the closest first.

All properties listed have been inspected by the University’s housing adviser and must
meet specified agreed housing standards. All landlords on the scheme have also signed up
to a specified code of management and practice.

Warsash students’ rates are from £122.00 per room, per night, including breakfast, high
speed WI-FI, taxi transfers to and from Warsash Academy and VAT.
Situated only 5 minutes from junction 9 of the M27 motorway, 8 miles from Portsmouth.
The hotel is located 3.8 miles and only an 11 minute journey time to the Academy, which
makes it an ideal choice for Warsash students. To help you relax after your training, you
can enjoy complimentary access to the Spirit leisure club, and invigorate yourself with a
swim in our pool or a workout in the gym.
Useful transportation information: Southampton Airport - approx £25 each way by taxi and
transfer time of 15-20 minutes. Fareham train station - 2.5 miles and 6-9 minutes journey
time by taxi (depending on time of day).

en-suite bathroom. The lodger would have access to the kitchen to cook a meal and
have a shelf in the fridge as well as some cupboard space.
I do have a second bedroom which will be available soon, which currently has a double
bed in it but I intend to replace that with twin beds. This may suit people who are
attending a course together.
