 Drafted a legal notice to RTO Lucknow in respect of unlawful compounding of client’s

 Learned the basics of drafting.

 Did extensive case law and statutory research on the Industrial Disputes Act; case law
research on Gainful employment and jurisdiction of Industrial Tribunals

 Did thorough research on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and made a flow
chart.

 Drafted a legal reply to client’s council in respect of termination of a Wind Turbine

 Helped in the herculean task of proving that four ex employees were “Gainfully
Employed” in order to strip them of compensation provided under sec-17b of
Industrial Disputes Act.

 Read a lot of files as sir being a central agent had all sorts of cases.

 Did some research work sir in finding few judgements which sir used in court of law
this was high point of my internship.

 Prepared Briefs of cases of matters concerning Service and Land disputes.

 Drafted a rejoinder of a civil writ petition in a service matter of government
