The Bohol Island State University Caregiving NC- 2 students of Health and Allied Services
Department finished their Child Care Module in the Caregiving NC-2 course that requires
them to conduct a practicum duty in the day care centers.
In line with this, we are requesting you to allow our students to have their practicum duty
again in Kindergarten Class of your institution as established in our Memorandum of
Agreement for the students’ actualization of learning into practice. May we further request
to let them start, tomorrow December 5- 8, 2017 and may we ask for completion
certificate of the students at the end of the duty schedule. The following are our student’s
tasks:
a. Manage the pupils of different skills and attitude in school
b. Respond pupils basic needs
c. Assess normal and abnormal pupil’s socialization skills
d. Assist the teacher- pupil classroom activities
Attached herewith is the list of names of students and the scheduled dates of duty.
We look forward for an affirmative response in this matter.
