Project Purpose
 To identify the existing problems in production team
 To evaluate the existing business techniques, process and
methods that is used in managing the event
 To propose a management system that will fulfill the
production’s problems that is in line with the current
business flow
 To design a system to be implemented that will provide
better solution for the production team

2. SCOPE

This project intends to implement a booking system for production Team which includes:
 A reliable web-based process to maintain data for booking management system.
 Schedule and monitor events (performance, live bands, gigs, etc.) that manage time
availability.

3. BENEFITS
 Th will give the client the preliminary scope document.
 This will guide the client regarding different plans, project schedules, project quality plan and risk
management plans.
