Executive Summary
The Tanauan School of Craftsmanship and Home Industries (TSCHI)
spearheaded by its principal Mr. Richard N. Laurente as well as the school’s head teachers; Mr.
Ferdinand B. Songalia, Jose Andrey O. Lumbre and Alvin M. Azucena held it’s school wide
grade level deliberation of honors. The agenda of the meeting were as follows;
1. deliberation of awardees for the 2019 TSCHI recognition/moving up/ graduation
2. finalize the rank list for the top 15 students per year level
3. Other matters
For a much organized flow of the said activity, working committees are assigned and
divided to conduct the finalization of the final grades of the honor students for each grade level.
The said activity started at exactly 7: 30 inside the designated Grade 7 classrooms. Grade level
advisers were divided into three groups so as to cater the 73 student awardees. The following
key points are noted and observed in the said activity :
□ Grades are revisited and rechecked to ensure its validity and reliability most specifically in
each student’s Form 137.
□ Tentative grades (in three decimal orders) as well as the final grades were emphasized so as
to determine the top 15 in the rank list for the Grade 7 level.
□ The re-computation of over-all grades were made by at least three teachers per group and
each group was guided and headed by at least one Master Teacher.
The activity commenced at exactly 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
To assure an organized and valid deliberation of student awardees from the
Objectives Grade 7 level.
Key Results The said meeting was 100 % participated by members of the working
committee. The following results were attained :
There is a total of 73 student awardees from the Grade 7 level.
Top 15 student honorees are finally determined.
