Annex 5 CMR-NP Power

JOINT VENTURE
For Renewable Energy for Livelihood & Youth (RELY) Project
Ref: EuropeAid/140250/IH/SUP/PH

ORIGIN OF SUPPLIES

CMR-NP Power Joint Venture (the” JV”) warrants that none of the main components
(PV modules, batteries, charge controller, inverters) to be supplied and installed for
this project shall be produced in any of the following countries: Argentina, Brazil,
China, Indonesia, India, Mexico, South-Africa, Australia, Canada, Chile, Israel, Japan,
Korea, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United States of America.
The JV will source main components (PV modules, batteries, charge controller,
inverters) only from legitimate Member State of the European Union or a country
covered by the Instrument for development cooperation, detailed as follows:

Each of the main components will be provided by Certificate of Origin to attest


authenticity of sources marked with specific serial nos. The origin of the goods will be
determined according to the EU Customs Code or to the relevant international
agreement applicable.
The JV will ship above mentioned main components from Europe to Cebu Net Pac
warehouse where they will be repacked along with other PV systems components and
parts prior shipment to 16 different schools in Bohol, Cebu and Palawan.
The repacked PV systems components will be transported safely to different school
destinations properly documented and marked with the following mandated
packaging/crating.
