done with no safety harnesses being used.

All work where the risk of falling is present, fall prote-


ction must be provided and used.

WHAT ABOUT SUBBIES?

As the main contractor, you enter into an agreement


with the subcontractor, however, it will still be expec-
ted of the site to enforce the use of the fall protection
even if they are subbies.

WHAT CAN YOU DO ?

It would be expected of you as an employee, when


work of this nature is conducted on site and the
persons are not using fall protection, that you report
the transgression to your site management or
safety representative so the persons at risk can be
warned of the danger.
