Hundreds of transgender individuals and allies marched through the streets of West Philadelphia to raise awareness of issues impacting the transgender community and celebrate transgender identity and pride. The annual Trans March is held the day before Philadelphia's Pride parade as a way for transgender individuals to have their voices and experiences centered.
