This certificate of practical completion certifies that the work performed under the contract for the project has been reviewed and found to be practically completed, including all corrective work during the defect liability period. The date of practical completion is listed as today's date. Most items to be completed or corrected have been inspected and approved by the Supervisor and Hotel Operator, as listed in the attached corrective work checklist signed by all relevant parties. The Certificate of Practical Completion is agreed to and accepted by the Owner, Contractor, Consultant, and Management Hotel.
