1. INTRODUCTION

Building Environment (India) Pvt. Ltd. (BEIPL) is an Indian company with its headquarter
located in Mumbai, India. BEIPL is formed in 2010, with a deep sense of responsibility
towards environmental and social challenges faced by Industry, Government as well as
Society. Since the inception, within a short span of time we have obtained the QCI NABET1
accreditation which allows us to take up EIA assignments within India. We are engaged in
providing environmental and social risk management solutions across the development sectors
in India.
We have extensive experience of environmental risk assessment, compliance management and
ecology and biodiversity management projects for Roadways, Bridges, Inland Water

Building Environment (India) Pvt. Ltd. (BEIPL) formed in 2010 is QCI NABET accredited
organization, engaged in providing sustainable, social and environmental solutions for various
development sectors. We provide innovative, practical and cost-effective consultancy
solutions to our clients. Out team of experts have required qualifications, certifications and

BEIPL has extensive experience in ecology and biodiversity management projects involving
terrestrial ecology, inland waters, mangroves, wetlands, bird sanctuaries, coastal Regulation
Zone (CRZ) clearances, ecological modeling, restoration and rehabilitation services.
