Ego Busting Framework

The nine-point framework provides a guide for ego-busting by reflecting on childhood wounds, patterns of having those wounds reaffirmed, identifications that fuel the ego, rigid expectations, compulsive ambitions, areas of perfectionism, strong likes and dislikes, containing negative emotions, and committing to daily practice. The overall aim is to beat the ego and establish peace by softening identifications, expectations, ambitions, perfectionism, opinions, and emotions.
