Following are the steps you have to perform in order for us to schedule the set-up/training. Please check
all the boxes as the action is completed.
1. Remove all protective coating and packaging. YES q
2. Check if machine has all the tooling (kits,etc.) components that were placed in your order. YES q
3. Does your building/shop have appropriate electrical voltage and amperage per machine(s)? YES q

4. Is the main power & vacuum pumps connected to the cabinet? YES q
5. Please make sure to add a fitting to fit your shops needs.Make sure that clean dry YES q

6. Prepare adequate supply of materials for practice cutting as well as several 3⁄4” MDF YES q
sheets for use asspoil boards (material to be cut and tested on).
7. Has the person to be trained to work on the machine(s) by our technician read all the
instruction manuals prior to set-up/training?
8. Has the person to be trained learn the software and codes prior to set-up/training? YES q

Should a technician representing Laguna Tools not be able to come to the site and work on the
machines due to the lack of preparedness or inoperable equipment per the above and/or beyond
Laguna Tools control any expenses incurred will be passed on to you.
If any of the checkpoints can’t be marked “Yes” the customer will cover all expenses incurred
during set up and training on the proper use of the machine(s) including but not limited to:
airfare, rental car, hotel, parking and/or toll fees per diem, plus $115.50 per hour.
The above points have been read and understood, and the undersigned will be responsible for any delay
and agrees to reimburse Laguna Tools for any additional expenses incurred. This form must be signed
and delivered to Laguna Tools a minimum of THREE WEEKS PRIOR to any set-up and training.
