7. Progress of the 197.5 MW at Envision Site
1. July 2018 - Mr Vijayan – Civil Senior Expert reaches to site, Start the work, Mr Chinna
swamy & Mr Ilayaraja also joins to take care of complete Civil Foundation work
inspection activities Travel and accommodation was well planned and work.
2. Varahalu HSE – reaches site, he is facing fear of HSE issues as Snake bite for a labour
not covered in incident report he is not fine with the process he moves out of site.
3. Mohan raj & Manoj kumar facing same issue of HSE at PSS and site head asking him
to work at same PSS created fear and he walks out , he is blamed that he does not
like to work when time of work has increased asked for removing from site and he
resigns by March 2019. Knowing this issues too we brought it to Envision HO notice.
We arranged immediately replacement
4. Nataraj when asked to transport the JCB in trailer available , JCB owner was not
agreeing and finally he beats our Nataraj Tuv Nord and also threaten him not to tell
anyone as he will lose his contract of JCB , Another contractor asking him to give in
writing to get into business with Envision. Finally Nataraj scared to even go for
dinner and he was asked to move out to down south TN project.
5. Neethirajan moved into Envision directly for civil work project and which was usually
not permitted but we ignored.
6. Engineers of 22 numbers of various disciple like civil ,mech , electrical , stores , HSE
& Logistics worked day and night almost sometime beyond 10 hours upto 15 to 17
hours considering this company of envision like a family and told us they wanted to
win the name of Envision & Tuv Nord.
Best Engineers was given always when change was asked, Mr Prasath boopathi 15+
Years Senior wind electrical expert was given for 11 days only for site commissioning
support and it should be accepted for the fact that Team worked in hard hills, touch
terrain to get material movement which was a challenge of safety lot of contractor
issues who had guns, Leopards seen at night travels. No holidays as they needed to
travel spending a lot and Food issues etc. always they team kept calm without any

internal politics or raising trouble and kept going based on motivation to mainly
support Envision as PMC project.
Almost 30 man days of HO visits had been done as mentioned above the dates of
the visits and improvement needed and for both client & Tuv team was done on the
last day of audit and kept the team motivated to handle all challenges at Site.
7. CHUR 4 Land aggregator problem with local villager lead to team of TUV India –
Mayak and Divang run for life taking their jeep out of site location, still some metal
hit one engineer.
