AFFIDAVIT OF NON – TENANCY

That I, LORENZO UMALI LAPUZ, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 123 Lawang
Kupang, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija, as the lawfully named and constituted Attorney-in-fact
named in that certain Authority To Sell, notarized by Notary Public Payam Ayazi of Los
Angeles, California, after having been duly sworn on oath in accordance with law, freely and
voluntarily, without undue pressure from anyone or fear of intimidation, hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am the Atty-in-fact of the registered owner of a certain parcel of land, located
at Sinipit, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija with an area of 21,025 square meters, more or less,
covered by and embraced in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 041-2018001572;

2. That said parcel of land is not being worked by and/or leased in any agricultural
lessee but is under the owner’s own personal cultivation and possession;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to prove the foregoing fact and I attest that the
said landholding is not within the purview of land transfer under the Land Reform
Code of the Philippines.
