THIRD PARTY COMPLAINT

COMES NOW, the Third Party Plaintiff, through Counsel and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully avers;

1. That Third Party Plaintiff is single and of legal age, a Filipino Citizen residing
at Brgy. Buyo, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo where he can be served with summons and
other court processes of this honorable court.

2. That Third Party Defendant is also single and of legal age, a Filipino Citizen
residing at Brgy.1, Pavia, Iloilo where he can be served with summons and
other court processes of this honorable court.

3. That Third Party Defendant purchased from the herein Third Party Plaintiff a
100 inches LG Ultra High Definition Television which is the subject of the
complaint amounting to Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00)

4. That after an initial down payment from the Third Party Defendant, the Third
Party Plaintiff immediately delivered the 100 inches LG Ultra High Definition
Television to the Third Party Defendant who promised to pay the full amount
supported by a Promissory Note signed by the Third Party Defendant. Copy of
the Promissory Note is hereto attached as Annex “A” hereof.

WHEREFORE, premises considered it is most respectfully prayed unto this


Honorable Court that, after hearing, judgment be rendered as follows;

1. Ordering the Third Party Defendant to indemnify the Third Party Plaintiff for
whatever is adjudged against the latter in favor of the said original Paintiff.
Such other relief and remedies as may be deemed just and equitable under the
premises are likewise prayed for.
