AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE

THAT I, TORIBIO FORTUITO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of


barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, under oath, do hereby depose and manifest:

That I am the vendee-transferee of one half (1/2) portion of Lot No. 3184, located
in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, covered by Original Certificate of Title
No. F-V-415 which I bought from vendors, Virgilio Aranas, Beatriz Aranas and Justino
Aranas as shown in a Deed of Absolute Sale known as Doc. No. 61; Page No. 14; Book
No. 36; Series of 2006; notarize3d by Atty. Santiago Sameon V, Notary Public;

That the aforementioned parcel of land I bought from the said sellers constitute
and part of my retention limits because I have never owned more than five hectares of
land in the Province of Negros Oriental or anywhere in the Philippines, but even less;

That this affidavit was executed freely and voluntarily just to attest to the
truthfulness and veracity of the facts stated herein and not to defraud any agency of the
government, whatsoever.
