Analytics - Recruitment Process

The document outlines the recruitment processes for various practices at an organization. For most practices, the process involves: 1. An initial screening such as a skills test (e.g. Mettle, Kenexa) or telephone interview. 2. If the initial screening is passed, subsequent rounds may include interviews with managers/directors, technical tests, and interviews with the US team. 3. Final face-to-face interviews are typically conducted locally before making an offer. The exact steps and individuals involved vary slightly between practices such as Technology, CJ, Auto, and ADCS. HR is responsible for initial screening based on qualifications before candidates advance in the process.
