• On all platforms it is recommended to use the highest available Support Package

• AO 2.4 SP03 patch 1 add-on installer should only be used for BI 4.2 SP4 or later. Please use patch 0
installer for any earlier BI release.
• From AO 2.4 SP04 and AO 2.5 SP01 onwards, there will be four add-on installers. One for BI 4.2 SP4+ and
one for any earlier BI 4.2 release, one for BI 4.1 SP10+ and one for any earlier BI 4.1 release.
Note: upgrading to BIP 2.4 SP4 (while keeping the previously installed BIP add-on for AO) will continue to work and is fully supported.
