Epoxy Formulation

This document provides the formulation for an epoxy polyamide top coat for structural steel. The formulation includes Part A which contains epoxy binder, solvents, pigments like titanium dioxide, and additives. Part B contains the non-yellowing hardener. The total weight percentages of raw materials in Part A and B are provided. The coating is applied by spray gun to cold rolled steel and air dries to a thickness of 50-75 micrometers. A note provides an alternative formulation for a direct to metal 1 coat primer finish.
