2. OVERVIEW
The Project Completion Form is to formally get the approval to a completion of the project. The

2.1 Scope:

The following works are done in this project.

2.1.1 HR Module:

When the HR logged in using his credentials, the HR can perform his own services. The
services available to HR are given below

 Master

a. Add / Create Master: Here HR can add/create master records for Department,
Designation, Project, Country, State, City, RR Fares, Leave Fares and their full
details with unique Id.

b. Edit Employee Profile: here HR can edit Master records that already created.

c. Delete Employee Profile: Here HR can delete Master records that already created.

d. Change Password: Here HR can change HR Login password that already created.

e. Download Forms: Here HR can download Leighton HR related Forms.

 Employee Management

a. Add / Create Employee Profile: Here HR can add/create new employee’s profile and
their full details with unique Employee Id. The employee Management, collects
information like employee’s Official, Personal, Educational, Experience, Family,
Bank, RR Fares, Promotion, T&D, Transfer, Insurance, Visa Passport, Salary Hike,
Mobilization, Emergency Contact details.

b. Edit Employee Profile: here HR can edit employee’s profile and their full details that
already created.

c. Delete Employee Profile: Here HR can delete employee’s Profile and their full details
that already created

d. Remove Employee: Here HR can remove the employee’s Profile from the
Employee’s List that already created

 Attendance

a. Attendance (Date wise) : Here HR can view the Employee’s Attendance on Date
wise

b. Attendance (Monthly wise) : Here HR can view the Employee’s Attendance on


Monthly wise

 Leave Management

a. Leave Approval: Here HR can approve, reject the employee’s Leaves

b. Leave Status: here HR can view the status of the leave like pending, approved, not
approved, and cancelled Lists

c. Holidays: Here HR can add, edit, delete, view the holidays of the organization for
every year

d. Travel Request Approval: Here HR can approve, reject the employee’s Travel
requests and HR can view the status of Travel requests.

e. Leave Eligibility: Here HR can create employee’s leave details with unique leave id.
Here HR can assign the leave eligibility on employee, leave type basis. HR can edit,
delete, view the leave eligibility that already created

f. Financial Year: Here HR can change the year in the beginning of every financial
years. This change will affect or carry over the leave balance of every employee for
the next financial year. HR can edit, delete, view the financial year that already
created

 HR Bulletin and Circular:

a. Add / Create Bulletin: Here HR can add/create HR Bulletins, Circulars. This feature
collects information like bulletin information, date, and passes the bulletins, circulars
to the employees.

b. Edit Course: here HR can edit HR bulletin, circular details already created

c. Delete Course: Here HR can delete HR bulletin, circular details already created

 Cultural Web :

a. Here HR Department can convey the Birthday day wishes to employees on their
birthdays from the organization side.

 Reports :

a. Monthly Leave List.

b. Monthly Attendance Report.

c. Monthly Training and Learning Programmers List.

d. Monthly Transfers List.

e. Search Experience of Employee.

2.1.2 Employee Module:

When the employee logged in using his credentials, the employee can perform his own services.
The services available to employee are given below

 Employee Profile :

a. Show Profile: Here Employee can view their profile and their full details. The
employee profile feature shows their full information like employee’s personal, official,
educational, family, RR fares, bank, T&D, Insurance details

b. Edit Profile: here employee can edit their personal educational, family details that
already created

 Attendance :

a. Attendance Register: Here Employee can mark their attendance

b. Show Attendance: here employee can view their attendance details on Daily and
Monthly Basis

 Leave Application :

a. Leave Applications: Here Employees can apply leave. This section gets the
information like leave type, from date, to date, number of days, description.

b. Leave Cancellation : Here Employees can cancel the leave that already applied

c. Edit Leave : Here Employees can edit the leave that already applied

d. Leave Policy: Here Employees can view the leave policy of Leighton.

e. Leave Status: Here Employee can view their leave status.

 Travel Request:

a. Travel Request Form: Here Employees can apply travel request. This section gets
the information like departure place, departure date, return place, return date,
number of days, description.

b. Travel Request Status: Here Employee can view their travel requset status.

 Circular & HR Bulletin :

a. Circluar: Here Employees can view Circular that will come from HR Department

b. HR Bulletin: Here Employees can view HR Bulletin that will come from HR
Department

 Cultural Web :

a. Birthday Greetings: This will convey the Birthday wishes to employees from Leighton.

 Holidays :

a. Holidays List: Here Employees can view the Holiday calendar of the Leighton on
year basis.

 Download Forms :

a. Download Forms: Here Employees can download and send the forms Claim Form -
Group Mediclaim Policy, Membership Enrolment Form - INTER RETIRE, On Duty
Form, Training Request Form, Training Evaluation Form, Travel Authority Request
Form, Travel Expense Report Form to their reporting officer

 RR Fares :

a. RR Fares: Here Employees can view their RR Fare details that contains trip details,
RR balance

 Upload CV :

a. Upload CV: Here Employees can upload their Updated CV to HR Depatment.

 Emergency Contact :

a. Emergency Contact: Here Employees can view their emergency contact
