Description
Earth Work
Excavation by mechanical means or manually in ordinary soil for foundations of offic
including dressing of sides and bottom.
Filling Work
Filling in plinth, trenches sides of foundation with excavated soil including transpor
watering, ramming and compacting each layer of 150mm to 200mm, using mecha
(Layer should be 95 % proctor density achieved), etc. Lead above 50M and within 50
Concrete Work
Providing & laying in position Plain cement concrete of required grades below stru
viz. as per structural design and as directed in specified compressive strength in N/
2000 finishing concrete surfaces, curing etc. complete but excluding centring / shutte

PCC 1:5:10
PCC 1:4:8
Providing & laying in position required grade reinforced cement concrete (RCC) as
in specified compressive strength in N/mm2 at 28 days confirming to IS 456-2000 fi
complete but excluding centring / shuttering and reinforcement.

M-20 Grade

Shuttering
All charges for Centering and Shuttering including Strutting, making, Propping e
specified period has elapsed after concreting, including all leads & lifts at all levels, t
consumables.
Reinforcement
Providing & laying Thermo-mechanically Treated (TMT) bars (Fe 500) of different di
sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size, binding wir
for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings. Rate to include tran
per drawings and all wastages complete.

BRICK WORK
Providing & fixing the first class M-10 grade Red Burnt Clay Bricks in all location in c
including striking joints, racking out joints, watering, scaffolding and cleaning etc. com
curing.
PLASTER WORK
Providing and applying avg. 12mm thk. (avg.) internal plaster in cement sand morta
of brick walls and finishing the same (smooth or broom) in correct line, level & plum
jambs, soffits, grooves, pattas etc. as per drawings & relevant specifications includin
scaffolding, p/f of PVC chicken mesh of approved quality at all junctions with waterin
all levels and heights.

Concrete Flooring
Providing & laying flooring of 20mm thick with cement concrete nominal mix o
Aggregate) in correct level / slope as per architectural drawings including mixing o
the work location, compacting / vibrating, finishing smooth to the satisfaction of t
surface etc. complete.

Screed
Providing and laying screed concrete of the desired thickness as per drawing 1:2:4 m
required as shown in drawing, complete in all respect..
Structural Steel
Providing, fabricating, erecting, fixing in position and connecting, MS structural wo
doors, railings, etc. of ISMC, SHS sections, built-up sections, bracing, Insert plat
brackets with providing bolts & nuts, washers, check nuts, welding etc. complete in a
Rate to include transporting of material to work at site, loading & unloading o
wherever necessary, erecting in position bolting / welding to foundation, including
plate/grouting including 2 coat of red oxide primer and 1 coat of Synthetic enamel
all complete as per drawings. Unit weight should comply as per drawings.

ROOF SHEETING
Providing and fixing in position 0.5 mm thick colour coated GI sheets for Roof includi
self tapping screws, EPDM washers, seambolts, stitch rivets at overlap and all other h
in all respect .The roof seets are laid over a frame work of Trusses, columns, and purl
rubber washer including all types of Flashing including necessary , fabrication, adjusti
drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge

ROAD WORK
Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with road roller of suitable capacity aft
22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including mak
rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.
Providing and laying Granular Sub Base conforming to Grading II of compacted thickn
stone metal and sand mixed in place and laid with mechanical means spreading wit
vibratory roller having minimum 80 - 100 KN static weight to achieve desired
machinery with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Pavers & Kerbs

Kerb Stone Supply of M-25 grade using black trap aggregate 20 mm. nominal size for
and fixing the kerbs in position with necessary equipments and materials. The rate s
CM (1:2) for all joints including providing and appying synthetic enamel paint includi
275mm wide x 275mm height x150mm thick (Sample must be approved). Laying
per MORTH Specifications.

Brick Soling
Supply and laying of First class Local Flat Brick soling in flooring foundation to fill join
dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand a
engineer
