LEASE RENEWAL AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the Contract of Lease entered on February 2018 between XXX, the LESSOR
and XXX, the LESSEE, which was renewed by the same Parties through a Lease Renewal Agreement
on 04 February 2019, for the parking slot located at ______.
It is hereby agreed by both parties that the contract of lease will be renewed for another One
(1) year to commence on 01 FEBRUARY 2020 and to expire on 31 JANUARY 2021 and the
corresponding rental for this renewal lease period shall be: THREE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php3,000.00).
Upon signing of this Agreement, the LESSEE shall submit to the LESSOR Twelve (12) post-
dated checks, breakdown as follows:
