received a phone call from a concerned citizen saying that
“may isang lalaki sa may tapat ng Chowking Amang
Rodriguez Avenue ang may dalang kutsilyo at sila ay
natakot dahil sa nagsisigaw ito nag-aaway sa mga taong
dumadaan sa lugar kaya agad kaming pumunta.”
