Guide question on the conduct of focus group discussion on the Challenges


and Gaps in the Implementation of Youth Formation Program in the Division of
Bukidnon: Basis for Intervention

Instructions

The following guide questions intends to generate data and information

regarding the Challenges and Gaps in the Implementation of Youth Formation

Program in the Division of Bukidnon. The guide question consist of the

challenges and gaps.

Questions for students:

1. Awareness level, 1 does not know anything, 2 know a little, 3 know


enough, 4 know a lot
2. Have you known of Career Guidance and Counseling in your school? If
yes, describe the Career Guidance and counseling in your school?
3. How did you know that it was bullying?
4. Did the student report the incident to anybody? If yes what was the
response of the person reported to?
5. Were there any activities conducted in your school so the students will
be aware what bullying is and what to do when it happens?
6. What do you want the school, division should do to address bullying
issues?

4. Do you report such incidence? Where/ when?
5. Did the student report the incident to anybody? If yes what was the

6. What is the role of the principal, CPC, etc.
7. Do you conduct advocacy activities? How often/ describe the activity.?
Was the material effective? Were the advocacy activity enough?
8. What do you want the school, division should do to address bullying
issues?

*When do you think are advocacy activities most effective in the course of the
school year?

**What age group in your school is usually subjected to guidance and


counselling?

***Did you employ orientation about the school’s policies to the students during
the opening of class? If yes, are there any significant effect in the students’
behavior when they are in the school premises?

school year?

***What are the challenges that you usually encounter in settling cases involving
students?
